I met this friendly easy to talk to a professional and very knowledgeable personal trainer through seeing positive and promising Instagram portfolio 8 weeks ago. With Sean’s guidance over the last 8 weeks iv been able to return to training again after various back injuries and trauma. With a specially tailored training plan, iv already seen exceptional results with new found confidence, and with Sean’s drive and motivational approach, I am set to reach goals I never dreamed of achieving! I knew I wanted to lose weight and get fitter but I was never comfortable going to the gym and lead a busy life that means there is always a reason to eat the wrong foods and gain weight so when I saw a recommendation for Sean I thought I’d give it a go. Sean is great because he made me feel comfortable and that the gym can be a friendly place and I can do it. Within 12 weeks I lost 12kg despite eating more food and never feeling hungry, suffice to say I enjoy it. I am now on my next 12 week focusing on finding those hidden muscles! If I can do it, anyone can!

I would absolutely recommend Sean’s online programme! Before this programme I would go to the gym now and again but I would eat so much rubbish. With the programme it has helped me in knowing how many calories I should be eating and what is best for me in the gym! Sean is so lovely and would check in on my progress in my meals/exercise plan which is great. So easy to talk to and very helpful with any questions that I had. Thank you so much for all the help!
