“The Coach House” is our newest property which is a perfect choice for a relaxing and calm get away. The property can cater for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms (1 x Kingsize, 2 King/ twin rooms and 1 sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, a sitting room and a well-equipped kitchen. The Coach House is within the grounds of Harburn Estate so is a perfect choice if you are visiting us for an event or looking to have a family gathering. If you are looking to have more than 8 people, have you seen our adjacent B & B The Stables which can sleep up to an additional 11 people?

Guests at The Coach House are free to enjoy the beautiful grounds and our friendly staff can suggest walking routes and picnic sites if you wish. We source breakfast as locally as possible including eggs from our chickens. If you would like any additional catering during your stay we can arrange anything from a three course dinner to an informal picnic.
There are steps in various places within the building and unfortunately The Coach House does not have wheelchair access.
The Coach House is non-smoking accommodation throughout.
Availability and Rates
Low Season 1st November – 31st March excluding Christmas and New Year January – £300 per night (for 2 nights) or £250 per night for longer stays. (price includes breakfast provided)
High Season (1st April – 31st October) – £350 per night for 2 nights or £300 per night for 3 nights (price includes breakfast provided)
**SPECIAL OFFER SELF CATERING STAYS- 7 NIGHTS – £600 (LOW SEASON) – £1000 (HIGH SEASON)**

Please note there is a minimum of 2 nights when booking The Coach House.
A 50% deposit (£150 is non-refundable) is needed to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your booking.
Our Cancellation Policy – More than 6 weeks notice to cancel will receive a full refund except the £150 non-refundable deposit. 1-6 weeks notice, your full deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will not receive any refund. Any booking cancelled due to restrictions from or cases of Covid 19 will be refunded in full.

We have stayed in the coach house while our new build home is being finished.
The property has everything you need and more, very comfortable beds and sofa.
Ample room for everyone to relax and have their own space.
